Greystone Builders is a hands-on building company founded by Koshiv Kumar. Koshiv started his building journey straight after high school, working his way from apprentice to lead hand for several companies before finding his own rhythm to start Greystone Builders. Still on the tools today, he brings real site experience, strong leadership, and pride in quality workmanship to every project.
From your first enquiry through to the final stages of construction, Koshiv is hands-on every step of the way, working closely with you and remaining actively involved on site to ensure a smooth, well-managed building process.
Building runs in the family, with generations of experience behind the work. Koshiv is regularly supported on site by his father, bringing additional knowledge, guidance, and attention to detail to every build. This family involvement means your home is constructed with care, accountability, and pride—just as it should be.
